This Privacy Policy explains what information Bot Dream Team™ collects on botdreamteam.com and cards.botdreamteam.com, how we use it, and who we share it with. It is part of our Terms of Service (Section 14). We do not sell your personal information.

1. Who We Are

Bot Dream Team™ is a brand of Continuing Education And Training, LLC ("CEAT LLC," "we," "us"), 500 Westover Drive, Suite 17707, Sanford, NC 27330. Questions about privacy: hello@botdreamteam.com.

2. Information You Give Us

• Newsletter and free-download sign-up. Your email address, plus your first name when the form asks for it (for example, our free Cost-Reducing Bot Routines at botdreamteam.com/free/routine-kit/). We also store the date and time, which free download you signed up for, and your browser's user-agent string (the browser and device type it reports). We use this to deliver the free download and send you the newsletter you asked for.
• Tester sign-up (botdreamteam.com/testers/). Your name, email, business name, the bot you picked, how you plan to use it, your newsletter consent and the consent wording you agreed to, the date and time, and your browser's user-agent string. We use this to run the tester program and to send the newsletter you agreed to.
• Bot and pack purchases. Checkout happens on Stripe's secure payment pages. Stripe collects your payment card details and the contact and billing details its page asks for (such as your email and name). We never see or store your full card number. Stripe tells us what you bought and gives us your contact details so we can deliver your purchase, email you your access links, and help with your order. Your cart contents are sent to Stripe as an order reference.
• Card orders (Christmas cards, client holiday cards, and closing cards, ordered on cards.botdreamteam.com or through our Christmas Card Bot). The name or business your cards are signed with, your return address, each recipient's name, business name if given, and mailing address, your message, the card design, and any image you upload for a custom design. Card orders are paid through Stripe Checkout, where Stripe collects your payment details and email as described above.
• Christmas Card Bot purchase check. If you or your bot give us the email you checked out with, we look it up in Stripe to confirm your purchase, then keep a scrambled (hashed) form of that email with your license so we don't have to look it up again.
• Emails you send us. If you write to hello@botdreamteam.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include. Our email is hosted by Hostinger.

3. Information Collected Automatically

• Cloudflare hosting. Our sites run on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives standard technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time, to deliver and protect the sites. Cloudflare handles this under its own privacy policy. Some requests to botdreamteam.com/api/ addresses are passed on to our web host, Hostinger.
• Abuse limits. To stop floods of orders, lookups and form posts, our card-order system keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address making the request, with a request count, for about an hour.
• X Pixel (advertising measurement). Our pages load X's conversion tracking pixel (tag ID ri4qu) from static.ads-twitter.com. When a page loads, X may receive your IP address, browser and device details, the page you visited, and X cookies or other identifiers, and may connect this to your X account. X uses it to help us measure our X ads and, depending on your X settings, to show you ads. We do not send X your name, email, mailing address, card recipients, or order details. You can limit this in your X privacy and personalization settings, by blocking third-party cookies, or with a tracker blocker.
• Fonts and card images. The client holiday card order page loads a handwriting-style font from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google. Card design pictures load from our card vendor's image server, which receives the same kind of technical details.
• Storage on your device. We do not set our own cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser's local storage so it is still there when you come back. The "add to home screen" prompt saves when you dismissed it, and some bot pages save an access code you entered or a note that your download already started. Our sites also install a small offline helper (a service worker) that caches some pages on your device so they load faster; it does not cache checkout or payment pages. All of this stays on your device until you clear it.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to process and deliver orders, write and mail your cards, email receipts and access links, answer your questions, send the newsletter you signed up for, run the tester program, prevent fraud and abuse, keep business, tax and legal records, and measure our X ads. We do not use your card recipients' names or addresses for marketing.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Stripe processes payments.
• Handwrytten, our card-writing and mailing vendor, receives each card's recipient name and mailing address, the sender name and return address, the message, and the design, so the card can be written by a handwriting robot, stamped, and mailed.
• Cloudflare hosts our sites and order system and stores order records. It also carries the internal order alerts our system emails to us; those alerts list card counts, totals, and order reference numbers, not names or addresses.
• Hostinger hosts our email and some web requests.
• X receives the pixel information described in Section 3. Under some state laws, letting an ad platform collect this kind of information may count as "sharing" for targeted advertising. To opt out, use the controls in Section 3 or email us.
• When required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or anyone's safety, or as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization of our business.

Each of these companies handles information under its own privacy policy. Our bots run inside Grok Bot, which is operated by xAI / X under their own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your conversations with a bot. We receive only what a bot sends to our order system, such as the card-order details above.

6. How Long We Keep It

• Card orders, including recipient names and addresses and any uploaded image, are deleted from our order system automatically up to 45 days after the order was last updated. Closing-card pack records keep only the pack, remaining credits, Stripe reference, and order reference numbers.
• Hashed purchase-check emails are kept for up to 400 days. Hashed IP counts are kept for about an hour.
• Newsletter and tester sign-ups are kept until you ask us to remove them.
• Emails you send us are kept as long as we need them to help you and to keep business records.
• Stripe and Handwrytten keep their own records of payments and mailed cards under their own policies.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Email hello@botdreamteam.com to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, to leave the newsletter or tester list, or to opt out of any sharing described above. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under privacy law. We will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep.

8. Security

Our sites use HTTPS. Payments are handled by Stripe, and we never ask for card numbers or passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords or other secrets in messages or orders.

9. Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
